Danielle DeCormier, LVT, VTS (Oncology), CFE, is a distinguished veterinary professional known for her expertise in oncology and commitment to education. She has been a licensed veterinary technician for over ten years and obtained her VTS in oncology in 2018. As the Director of Clinical Services Education at MedVet, she oversees learning initiatives, manages a scholarship program, and contributes to strategic planning, showcasing her leadership in shaping the future of veterinary technicians. With certifications including Fear Free, Compassion Fatigue Professional, and Mental Health First Aid, Danielle's approach to veterinary care extends beyond clinical expertise.
In previous roles, Danielle implemented training systems, organized webinars, and developed oncology training programs. Her vast teaching and speaking experience reflect her dedication to sharing knowledge. She is the current Director-at-Large for Oncology in AIMVT and lectures nationally on various topics, including chemotherapy, well-being, training, and leadership.
