Joe Pluhar, DVM MBA

Veterinarian
Freedom Equine Performance

Dr. Joe Pluhar founded Freedom Equine Performance in October 2022 in Navasota, Texas. With a heavy focus on diagnostics and communications, he operates an entirely ambulatory practice focusing on the whole-horse needs of the equine athlete.

Dr. Pluhar hails from the Texas Panhandle and attended Texas A&M University receiving both his DVM and MBA. He has a passion for well-run businesses, especially small veterinary practices. When not working on equine athletes or talking about business, Joe loves spending time with his wife and two little ladies.
