I will review the pharmacology of commonly used immunosuppressive drugs and provide literature updates incorporated with clinical cases. While we encounter immune-mediated diseases often in clinical practice, there is very little guidance on what to do with the immunosuppressive drug protocol after patients achieve remission. I will highlight practical, case-based strategies.
