Dysrhythmias can occur from primary cardiac disease or secondary to systemic illness and medical management is variable. From lidocaine to atropine to reversal agents, how do we choose which drug to use? We will build off a previous discussion of common arrhythmias and ECG evaluation to help dictate antiarrhythmic choice and then discuss options when all injectable antiarrhythmic therapies fail.
