Nothing is more demoralizing than asking a team what they think about something (anything), they offer suggestions, and there is no follow-through. That’s it, the rug has just been pulled out from underneath them. Veterinary leaders and managers creating a safe space to share ideas, capture the conversations, create the tools needed to achieve goals, and implement will have set their team up for success! Participants will engage in a session exemplifying how an effective team meeting flows, the magic that can occur in open, honest, conversations and generating an ACTION plan.
