Join Stacy Pursell, CPC/CERS of The VET Recruiter, as she shares her insight and expertise regarding employer branding and recruiting and hiring in the Veterinary profession.
The fight for top Veterinary talent is fierce, and employers need every advantage they can get in their quest to hire the best candidates. Those employers that recognize the importance of branding, can identify their current brand and how they’re perceived in the marketplace, and take the steps necessary to improve their brand put themselves in a much better position to hire the top talent they need. However, proper employer branding requires a certain amount of time and effort, and failing to invest the required amount of energy into the process will not set you apart from the competition, nor position you for success.
